    Who will you race with?

Your format determines who runs each kilometer and how you share the station work.

Single: Complete all runs and stations on your own: 8 km of running and 8 stations.

Doubles: Both athletes run every 1 km together, enter each station together and split the station work however they like.

Relay: In a team of four, each athlete runs 2 × 1 km and completes the 2 stations that follow.
