Osmangazi Republic Run

The Osmangazi Republic Run takes place on Thursday, 29 October 2026, Republic Day, on the Osmangazi Bridge in Kocaeli. There are two categories: a 10K race and a 5K fun run. The start is at 10:00. The race gives runners the chance to cross a bridge normally reserved for motor traffic, and it is listed on the Turkish Athletics Federation calendar. The event area and car park are at the Bilişim Vadisi campus, from where shuttle buses take participants to the start. Entry to the 10K is free; registration runs from 1 to 28 October 2026 through the federation's running platform, where the course map is also published.
