The “Official Registration” button goes straight to your registration page. We take no commission and don't ask for participant lists or registration data.
Money doesn't change the order
The calendar is sorted by date. If we ever publish sponsored content, it will be clearly labelled.
Add or correct your race
The form asks for:
- Race name, date and city
- Courses and distances
- Registration link
- If available: the course file (GPX, KML), cut-off times and the mandatory kit list
You can also email iletisim@advenway.com instead, or report a mistake with the “Let us know” link at the bottom of the race page.
What your race page shows
We split your course file into sections and describe each one with its climbs, descents and checkpoints. The strip below shows the sections of a real race in the calendar.

- Key factsDate, start time, distances, entry fee and registration status; early, standard and late registration periods shown separately.
- Course analysisFrom your GPX or KML file: total climb, elevation profile, a section-by-section description and a difficulty ranking within the calendar.
- CheckpointsCut-off times, aid stations and the average pace needed to make each cut-off.
- Mandatory kitPer course, and only from the list you publish.
- Race dayWeather forecast, race kit pick-up details and other races nearby.
- Four languages, searchableMost races are also published in English, Russian and German; questions and answers are structured so search engines and AI assistants can read them.
Reminders
On the Turkish race pages, runners can follow a race and get reminder emails 30, 14 and 7 days before it.
Sources and checks
Federation calendars, registration and timing platforms, and your official website. In the final two weeks before a race, we check it every day.
Corrections
We check every correction against its source and publish it. A correction made by hand is never reverted by our automatic checks.
Statistics
On request, we share your race page's views and how many times its “Official Registration” button was clicked.

Does listing cost anything?
No. Listing is free, with no conditions.
Do we need to change our registration system?
No. Registration stays on your system; we only link to your registration page.
How do we send our course file?
If it's published on your website, just send us the link; if not, attach it to your email. We calculate the analysis from the file.
How often is the information updated?
Races are checked against the organisers' pages regularly, and every day once the race is less than two weeks away. Races on the federation's platform are re-read every night.
