Swimming season at Nara Burnu (Gelibolu)

Known in the Çanakkale Strait as the point where the British submarine HMS E14 got caught in nets on January 28, 1918, and was forced to the surface by depth charges — the submarine had been attempting to attack the Ottoman navy's ship Yavuz. It's one of the Gallipoli Historical Underwater Park's spots with the most dramatic historical story.
